Media Release  I am delighted to announce the appointment of Geoff Riddle as SPOC’s new Senior Coach.    Geoff’s appointment is for a two-year minimum term encompassing the 2019 and 2020 seasons.  Geoff takes over as Senior Coach from Chris Hall, who recently advised of his imminent relocation interstate for work and family reasons.  Geoff will take over as Senior Coach immediately. 

Saint Peters Old Collegians Football Club entered the Adelaide Footy League in 1928 and has just celebrated its 90-year anniversary of successful participation in the AdFL.  SPOC ranks fourth in the AdFL in seasons played and has won 21 premierships in its proud history, most recently with its A Grade team winning Division 2 Premiership in 2018.  SPOC also frequently has players selected for representative teams. Resignation of Chris Hall I regret to advise the SPOC community that Chris Hall has tendered his resignation as Club Coach, effective from the end of this December. Chris has advised the Club that his family intends to relocate to Perth early in the New Year, for work commitments. Congratulations to the A Grade on winning the Division 2 Premiership and going the whole season undefeated. It is a great achievement and something you should be very proud of. Bad luck to the B and C grades who unfortunately weren’t quite strong enough in their finals, going down in close games but it’s great to have them back playing competitive footy. Thanks
